What you'll be working on:
- π― Qualify new leads and driving compelling negotiations
- π€ Oversee Lead Generators, ensuring meet KPIs and produce quality leads
- π€ Interact with engineering and education departments to ensure a smooth sales process
- π Craft new and maintain current pre-sale materials
- π Monitor, update, and manage sales activities using tools like Asana
- π Regularly collect and analyze metrics to refine our sales strategies and focus
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Minimum of 2 years in IT sales on Upwork with proven track record
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English for effective client communication
- Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively
Experience that will be a plus:
- Lead generation team management experience
- Experience managing data in Airtable or Google Sheets
- Creative makings for creating pre-sale materials in Canva
- Proficiency in any task management tool like Asana, Trello, etc.
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT
- Experience of outbound sales on LinkedIn
