Upwork Sales Manager

What you'll be working on:

• 🎯 Qualify new leads and driving compelling negotiations
• 🤝 Oversee Lead Generators, ensuring meet KPIs and produce quality leads
• 🤖 Interact with engineering and education departments to ensure a smooth sales process
• 📝 Craft new and maintain current pre-sale materials
• 📊 Monitor, update, and manage sales activities using tools like Asana
• 📈 Regularly collect and analyze metrics to refine our sales strategies and focus

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Minimum of 2 years in IT sales on Upwork with proven track record
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English for effective client communication
• Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities effectively

Experience that will be a plus:

• Lead generation team management experience
• Experience managing data in Airtable or Google Sheets
• Creative makings for creating pre-sale materials in Canva
• Proficiency in any task management tool like Asana, Trello, etc.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT
• Experience of outbound sales on LinkedIn
