I joined DevelopsToday as a Front-End developer 6 years ago. What attracted me was diversity of technical projects and opportunity to rapidly develop skills in multiple technology stacks.
Since then, I have managed to get my hands on a wide variety of technology stacks in web development with React and Node.js, mobile development with React Native, and DevOps on Google Cloud and AWS. Working with our start-up clients is a great opportunity to experience different domains and product models.
As my expertise grew, I was promoted to Engineering Manager. Today, I manage engineering hiring and skills development for the team. Hopefully, my story will inspire you to join us and build your engineering career with us.
What I value most is our engineering culture. We emphasize clean code, automated testing, thoughtful architecture, and leverage AI tooling to boost productivity. We're not just building features - we're building maintainable systems that solve real problems.

My journey began three years ago when I joined the engineering team as a JavaScript Developer. What impressed me from day one was how technical knowledge is valued across all departments.
I gained many valuable skills working with our clients in web and mobile development. During this time, I had the opportunity to grow my skills not only as an engineer, but also as a technical consultant and hiring manager, participating in the key processes. It is cool to be part of an agile team and grow alongside the team.
