What you'll be working on:

• 🔍 Leads search on Upwork platform
• 💬 Pre-qualify leads by any open information, direct communication and follow-up them
• ✏️ Write custom proposals for leads
• ⚙️ Manage sales activity in the internal CRM
• 🏋️ Collaborating closely with sales team to achieve common goals

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Experience in and understanding of IT
• Strong written communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level to be able to communicate with the leads
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple proposals and conversations

Experience that will be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with lead generation on Upwork
• Experience managing data in Airtable or Google Sheets
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Bard
• Creative makings for creating content in Canva
• Experience with any task management tool, like Asana, Trello, etc.
