Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Remote

  • Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates in the IT industry
  • Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels
  • Intermediate English level to be able to communicate with the team and evaluate candidates English level
  • Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • We would love to receive a cover letter together with your CV as attention to details is quite important
  • Proficiency with recruiting tools and skills to set up processes from scratch
  • Experience working with talents sourcing in countries besides Ukraine
  • Degree in psychology or human resources management
  • Create candidate profiles and source candidates
  • Handle incoming requests from applicants
  • Interviewing applicants, provide feedback, and build the relationship
  • Perform live coding, design review, and other types of on-call activity
  • Evaluate candidates English skills and team fit
  • Coordinate hiring pipeline from the first touch with candidate till the first working day
