What you'll be working on:
- Managing small teams or individual developers
- Building efficient communication between development team and customer
- Monitoring the workflow and planning project execution
- Daily reporting to customers and stakeholders
- Communicating development plans and progress with customer
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Ability to solve problems and get the thing done
- Experience of at least 6 months in management positions
- Good planning and prioritizing skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with JIRA, Asana, Trello, Confluence and similar products
Experience that will be a plus:
- Basic knowledge of software development on web or mobile platforms
- Experience in customer support
- Experience with Git and collaborative development tools
