Project Coordinator

Remote

Our engineering department needs a project manager who will help to operate the outstanding team's daily activities. The role focuses on coordinating many independent outstaffing positions on client-managed projects. The key focus areas are internal resource management, resourcing planning, and resolution of unexpected situations.

What you'll be working on:

  • πŸ” Review daily updates from team members
  • πŸ“¬ Consolidate and report weekly activity logs to clients
  • πŸ—‚ Document information about projects (technologies, client needs, stakeholders), team members' expertise, and resourcing of these projects
  • 🌴 Process sick leaves, days off, and vacation requests with clients on outstaffing positions
  • 🌍 Maintain resourcing map for the projects and seek opportunities to optimize workload
  • πŸ‘‹ Plan newcomers onboarding to the projects

Experience that will help you to do the job:

  • Experience with task managers like Asana or Trello
  • Knowledge of wiki solutions like Notion or Confluence
  • Strong English knowledge, upper-intermediate and above
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience that will be a plus:

  • Experience working with outstaffing teams
  • Experience reporting to stakeholders and creating a nice-looking reports
