Middle Delivery Manager

We are looking for a proactive Middle-level Delivery Manager to bridge the gap between our development team and client expectations. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, focusing on communication, account management, and the overall health of our partnerships. Your mission is to navigate the client lifecycle, ensuring every interaction—from initial onboarding to complex negotiations - is handled with professional care and strategic thinking.

  • 👋 Managing new contract setups, collecting necessary credentials, negotiating smooth transitions, or offboarding processes.
  • 📈 Processing client emails, communicating contract health status, and initiating discussions regarding rate reviews or changes in work hours.
  • ✅ Controlling quality and timelines to ensure the final product hits the mark.
  • 🤝 Working closely with Engineering Managers to keep delivery in sync with goals.
  • 🛠 Finding and setting up tools like resource planners to keep everything transparent.
  • A track record of resolving conflicts and leading negotiations regarding project scope and client expectations.
  • Proven experience using Task Managers to maintain operational transparency and ensure the smooth execution of client-related workflows.
  • Experience as a Middle-level professional who can independently navigate complex client cases.
  • Proficiency in using LLMs to optimize tasks and experience organizing documentation within Notion.
  • Ability to build long-term trust with clients while ensuring the team’s work meets the required standards.
  • Experience managing the "human" side of delivery, such as team availability and client-side sentiment tracking.
  • Proven ability to maintain transparent documentation that serves as a single source of truth for both the team and the client.
