Lead Researcher / Data Researcher

The sales team is a progress driver in any strong service business, and we would like you to join us on a journey of building outbound sales pipelines as a lead researcher. What you'll be working on:

  • 🔍 Research the pools of potential clients (LinkedIn, Crunchbase, Angel.co and other channels), figure out details to confirm relevancy, define the key contacts, generate interest and develop relationships
  • ✏️ Manage, enrich and continuously update data in CRM
  • ⚙️ Automation of routine lead generation processes
  • 📢 Collaborate with lead generation team to launch outreach LinkedIn and Email campaigns
  • 🗳️ Control and manage email bounce rate

Experience that will help you to do the job:

  • Intermediate English level and above (advanced speaking skills a significant benefit)
  • Experience researching using given ICP and buyer persona. Several months of experience in the same position
  • Advanced Excel experience with large datasets
  • Ability to think logically and highlight the structure
  • Knowledge in managing a lead database using a CRM system (ideally Pipedrive ⭐)
  • Experience with LinkedIn and Email outreach tools

Experience that will be a plus:

  • Experience with data scraping (Phantombuster, TexAu)
  • In-depth knowledge of outreach tools like Snov, Expandi, Linked Helper
  • Understanding KPIs measurement and creation of reports
