HR Manager

We are growing our HR team and looking for Junior HR Manager to join us! We search for a team member who will help us organize a fun working environment for our team, scale the HR brand, and assist in handling day-to-day HR operations.

What you'll be working on:

• 👋 Onboarding new team members and assisting in their success in the team
• 🎉 Birthday and professional holiday greetings
• ⚽ Coordination of team building activities
• 💯 Measuring team satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement

Experience that will help you to do the job:

• Upper-intermediate spoken level of English or higher: we have English-speaking team members and English communication has everyday use
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
• Corporate knowledge base management experience with Notion
• Experience with tools for visual content creation like Canva

Experience that will be a plus:

• Degree in psychology or human resources management
• Experience in working with social Instagram and Facebook social networks
