We are growing our HR team and looking for Junior HR Manager to join us! We search for a team member who will help us organize a fun working environment for our team, scale the HR brand, and assist in handling day-to-day HR operations.
What you'll be working on:
- π Onboarding new team members and assisting in their success in the team
- π Birthday and professional holiday greetings
- β½ Coordination of team building activities
- π― Measuring team satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Upper-intermediate spoken level of English or higher: we have English-speaking team members and English communication has everyday use
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Corporate knowledge base management experience with Notion
- Experience with tools for visual content creation like Canva
Experience that will be a plus:
- Degree in psychology or human resources management
- Experience in working with social Instagram and Facebook social networks
