Head of Recruitment

We have a team of three recruiters and are looking for a Head of Recruitment to join us! You will have an opportunity to become a partner for the CEO and participate in strategic decision-making for the company. We seek a professional to help us improve recruitment processes, scale up teams, hire C-level, and more. The role starts with a trial period in a part-time consulting format, which will extend to full-time afterward. Starting with part-time consulting helps us learn about each other and gain joint experience before going full steam ahead.

What you'll be working on:

  • 🀝 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets
  • πŸ“ˆ Identify gaps and opportunities in the current recruitment process and implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance candidate experience
  • 🌟 Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to hire Π‘-level talents
  • πŸ—£ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and timely hires
  • πŸ’₯ Participate in improving the employer's brand

Experience that will help you to do the job:

  • Proven track record of implementing recruiting processes
  • 1+ years of experience in successfully managing a recruiting team
  • In-depth understanding of the recruitment process, confirmed by at least 5 years of experience
  • Expertise in IT service companies: outsourcing or staff augmentation
  • Proven experience in strategic decision-making
  • Understanding of OKRs and strategy
  • Upper-intermediate spoken level of English or higher

Experience that will be a plus:

  • Hiring in foreign markets, including South America
