Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are a team of passionate professionals who craft awesome web and mobile applications for our clients. Our team is constantly growing and looking for new talents. The recruitment team is essential to this success, so we are searching for a recruiter to join our crew. You will be working with our recruitment channels and talent sources to drive the interview process and attract new talent to the team.
What you'll be working on:
- π Create candidate profiles and source candidates
- π¬ Handle incoming requests from applicants
- π¬ Interviewing applicants, providing feedback, and building the relationship
- π§βπ» Perform live coding, design review, and other types of on-call activity
- π¬π§ Evaluate candidates' English skills and team fit
- πΒ Coordinate hiring pipeline from the first touch with candidate till the first working day
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates in the IT industry
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels
- Intermediate English level or above
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience that will be a plus:
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and skills to set up processes from scratch
- Experience working with talents sourcing in countries besides Ukraine
- Degree in psychology or human resources management
