Lead Recruiter

Hiring great talent builds fantastic teams, and we are looking for you to join our recruitment team to shape the recruitment strategy. Our recruitment team grew and needs an experienced lead recruiter to structure processes and boost hiring results.
What you'll be working on:
- 🧙🏻♀️Supervising the recruiting team (4 people), evaluating and reporting on its performance
- 🧑💻 Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring
- 🔎 Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures
- 📝 Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- 🤝 Partnering with the department leads to track ongoing hiring needs
- 🚝 Researching the best job advertising techniques
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Experience sourcing, pitching, and closing candidates in the IT industry
- Understanding of OKRs and strategy
- Possess strong technical insight and understanding of technical requirements
- Knowledge of the recruitment process and sourcing channels
- Intermediate English level or above
- Good problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience that will be a plus:
- Mentoring recruiters and helping them to grow further
- Experience working with talents sourcing in countries besides Ukraine (e.g. Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Argentina, Mexico)
- Proficiency with recruiting tools and skills to set up processes from scratch
