Our recruitment team is expanding hiring in a variety of verticals and needs an experienced recruiter to orchestrate the process: build and execute sourcing strategy, optimize the hiring pipeline, and close hiring needs according to our growth strategy. As our recruitment team consists mainly of people with engineering backgrounds, we need a recruiter who can efficiently collaborate with engineers and help meet hiring objectives.
What you'll be working on:
- π Sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and Djinni according to candidate profiles
- πΉ Design technical assessments for roles with engineers
- π’ Structure and cooperate with hiring team of engineers for roles
- π Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve inefficiency in the hiring pipeline
- π Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
Experience that will help you to do the job:
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Djinni in talent sourcing
- Knowledge of technical skillsets for JavaScript (React, React Native, Node.js) and Automation QA roles
- Gather requirements from department leaders and design a hiring pipeline for new roles
- Writing outstanding messages in English that candidates are willing to reply
Experience that will be a plus:
- Analyze the job market to budget roles and adapt efficient hiring channels
- Building trust with talents through the companyβs social media
